The Hilton Garden Inn Dayton Downtown, located within Dayton’s iconic historic Arcade, officially opened its doors to guests on May 19, 2025. This exciting new addition to downtown Dayton is a joint venture between Century Hotel Group, Cross Street Partners, Witness Investments, and Model Group, with Century Hotel Group leading hotel operations. Featuring 93 guest rooms, including four spacious suites, the Hilton Garden Inn and the North Arcade mark the final phase of the Arcade’s revitalization — a transformative project years in the making.
