Celebrate Red, White & Boonshoft with four days of fun at the Boonshoft Museum of Discovery, July 1–4! Enjoy our “Amazing Science” show in Science Theater, plus special education demonstrations featuring flame tests inspired by the colorful chemistry behind fireworks. Young scientists can also participate in our Scientist Lab for $5: Solar S’mores Ovens, where they’ll build their own solar-powered oven to take home and try making s’mores. Don’t miss the Spirit of America Laser Show, featuring a dazzling laser firework display set to patriotic favorites, and stop by the café for some classis hot dogs available throughout the celebration.
