ABOUT THE SPEAKER Jessica Michna, recipient of the Presidential Service Center’s Distinguished Service Award, is widely known for her riveting portrayals of First Ladies, notable women of history, and fictitious characters. Originally from Pennsylvania, Jessica developed a love of history and worked as a researcher for the University of Wisconsin before returning to her two loves: history and theater. For over 20 years, she had recreated notable women of history, including six Presidential First Ladies and other notable women.
