A Matter of Balance
We invite you to join A Matter of Balance, an evidence-based, national fall prevention program offered to the community by Sinclair Community College’s PTA faculty and students. Classes will be held weekly on Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., March 19 through May 7, at the YMCA of Greater Dayton. The program is designed to help participants build confidence, improve balance and strength, and reduce the risk of falls. This program is free of charge.
